Smeets, Max (Personal Name)

Max Smeets is a senior research at the Center for Security Studies (CSS), ETH Zurich. Max is drector of the European Cyber Conflict Research Initiative (ECCRI.eu) and Affiliate at the Center for International Security and Cooperation, Stanford University. He is the author of No Shortcuts: why states struggle to develop a military cyber-force (Hurst/ Oxford University Press, 2022).
