Mestre e doutor em Administração pela Universidade Federal da Paraíba (UFPB), graduado em Administração pela Universidade Federal do Ceará (UFC). Professor Adjunto do Departamento de Gestão Pública da UFPB (2010-atual). Pesquisador e líder do Grupo de Pesquisa Informação, Marketing e Administração (INFORMA) do CNPq. Interesses de pesquisa: governo eletrônico com foco no cidadão, exclusão digital, uso, conhecimentos, habilidades e atitudes para uso da internet. Flávio Perazzo Barbosa Mota holds a M.Sc. and a PhD degree in Management from UFPB at João Pessoa, and a B.Sc. degree in Management from Universidade Federal do Ceará (UFC) at Fortaleza, both in Brazil. He is an associate professor at the Department of Public Management, UFPB (2010-current) and a researcher of the Information, Marketing and Management Team (INFORMA) at the Brazilian Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq). His research interests include information technology in public administration with an emphasis in e-government, digital divide, internet use, knowledge, skills and attitudes.
